The Region

This is a rural and green area situated on the frontier of the province of Namur and the province of Hainaut. It is just 12 km away from the tourist abbey complex of Maredsous, well known for its beer and cheese. The race circuit of Mettet is close by. The charming cities of Namur and Dinant are worthwhile a visit. Château St.-Jean is just 1km away from the nearby supermarkets and bakery shop but nevertheless located in a very peaceful side street of the village.
